I don't see how it could be - he sent it to you, it becomes your property and thus yours to do with whatever you wish. If he didn't want the world to know he was an ignorant jerk then he shouldn't have acted like one in the first place.

This whole place is crawling with xenophobic morons, Jamil. I know it's not nice, but my advice is, just ignore them. There are, fortunately, many people who will consider you for who you are as an individual, and not based solely on your nationality.

I don't know what the rules say about this, but IMHO it makes you look like a bit of a whiner (no offence meant, I don't think you are a whiner). Kind of like "this person was mean to me, let's all get together and be mean back or talk trash about him/her".
If you're offended or think what he did was against the rules, you can always turn to the mods for help and deal with this privately. Posting this exchange here is just a bit unworthy of you, that's all.
