I have some fairly good graphics skills, although instead of photoshop I usually use a combination of paint and MS Photo Editor. It sounds bad, but I do actually get some pretty good results from those.
TG me with details about this banner and I'll happily give it a shot.

Not a banner-flag thing, a long image that I can stick in my sig. I was thinking that the banner should show some soldiers running ashore at Normany, plus some WWII German soldiers with "The Divine Reich" written in fancy font across it. :)

i use Corel and would be willing to give it a shot. check out my nations stuff here (http://www.hlj.me.uk/Pure_Metal_nation.htm) :) (i'm especially proud of my map :D )
just let me know the sort of thing you're looking for (scan in a drawing or do a example in paint if possible)

When do you want it for because I actually have a backlog of images/banners/sigs/gifs/flashes that I've promised people...and transferring psp & Flash MX from pc -> laptop hasn't even started. (Procrastinator? Me? Never!)

Well, um I started...well...I managed to crash my computer repeatedly and save psp8 to a cdrw. Will transfer to laptop tomorrow, you'll be top of my list...don't know why.
