i'm all for it.
if they're going to shoot up anyway, we might as well make sure they don't get AIDS or hepatitis from dirty needles, and this way, we can at least open them up to getting some therapy, which i doubt their pushers ever introduced them to.
Sure, prescribe the drugs and hell, why not pay them money every month so they never have to work? Build a nice house for'em, buy them a car. In fact, I think the government should hand out everything to everybody and no one should ever have to work a day in their lives. We will use munchkins, oompaloompas and robots to do all the work. Then we can completely disarm because if we have no weapons whatsoever then the peaceloving peoples of the world will no longer be threatened and we will all live in peace and harmony and then when the space aliens come they will see what good people we are and give us unlimited technology and show us how to further provide heroin for junkies in their new houses and shiny new cars with day running lights and anti-lock brakes.
pant pant pant. . .wow that was really fun!! What the hell was I writing about anyway, I don't remember.
