Do you believe the U.S. Government has become more currupted or less currupted after Bush started his 2nd term.

FAR MORE corrupted.

Less. The government contractors are definitely less corrupt at this time than they were in the mid-1990s.

The US government has always had some corruption in it, like just about every government. The problem is that since elections have become more about soundbytes and TV spots the corruption has grown because glitzy ad campaigns (which cost money) have become more important than one's stance on the issues.

FAR LESS corrupted.
Less.
No matter what your politicaly stance is, it would be blatant head-in-the-sand denial to claim what was going on under Clinton was less currupt.

FAR LESS corrupted.
Do either you or Heiligkeit have any reasoning for your posts, or are you just representing your political affiliations.
In my opinion, the corruption level is not any higher, it just seems to be more out in the open. Politicians on both sides have learned that they can behave in less than ethical ways as long as they distract the public with gay marriage or Terry Shiavo or terrrorist warnings.

Let me rephrase what I said. Bush is corrupted ad always has been. Clinton was horrible as well, but he basically evens out with Bush. I despise Bush for his war-mongering, ignorance, lies, and stupidity. Clinton might have been more corrupted. I change my answer to same.

Though there have been some noticable high-profile instances of corruption, I would say that there is little change from this administration's first-term. I have seen no effort at all on the part of the administration to clean up its image or reality, nor have I seen any real attempt to further mire thermselves.

I strongly believe former president Clinton and his administration was much better than this guy (Bush). I can't look at his (Bush) face on TV and actually believe he's telling the truth. He'll exaggerate to the Americans when he wants something done. As far as this government becoming more corrupt in the second term, look at the cronies he just appointed to various positions. The most recent controversial one was Paul Wolfowitz being appointed in World Bank.

You could do this with Clinton?!? o.0

I don't care about corruption as much as the indefinite growth of government power
Do you believe the U.S. Government has become more currupted or less currupted after Bush started his 2nd term.
i think it became corrupted when they wrote the constitution, and has gotten progressivly worse. and when they elected clinton, it kindof blew up. nope, not corrupted anymore cause it's completely gone. can't be saved now.

I'm SURE there's a difference between those two things...Can't for the life of me figure out where it is though...;)

Bush may or may not be telling the truth, but we know that Cheney lies constantly on television.
