OK, really this is just about wine tax. I unashamedly added the other part to get you to read this thread!
Now that I have your attention check this out:

As a Florida resident who grew up in the California wine country I have an intense interest in this. There are many small vintners who I'd LOVE to order from (Vine Cliff anyone?) but I cannot order direct in Florida because of the bureaucratic TAX code and archaic and unconstitutional protectionism.
I will be soooo happy when it is gone. Anyone have any thoughts? Care to join me in a virtual wine tasting a few weeks after it is gone?
