Wiki Question (For those who understand the php)

Ok, I uploaded wiki for my NS based world at war (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=407641&page=1) and for some reason user can't create new pages. The only way to do so is to edit an already existant page and to make a link to the new page..however, some members are getting irritated. Am I missing a file in Wiki (I looked and it didn't seem so)...or is there a setting I have toggle?

I think you want to edit [[MediaWiki:Nogomatch (http://worldwarwiki.modernwarstudies.net/index.php?title=MediaWiki:Nogomatch)]] to include a link to the page creation page. The HTML for that is<a href="$1" class="new">text in link here</a>
For an example, see [[NSwiki:MediaWiki:Nogomatch (http://ns.goobergunch.net/wiki/index.php/MediaWiki:Nogomatch)]].
