Tantalising Dream...

As you probably allready don't know I someday plan to write a book. Last night I had a dream that I somehow managed to get a published copy of my book - before I had actually written it. The book was a preview version only so it only went up to chapter seven, but I can actually remember reading parts of it. Anyway I decided that this was a golden oppertunity for me to read the first chapter of my 'future' book in order to find out what I will/should write for the first chapter (since this will almost cenrtainly be the most difficult part). Annoyingly the book I had didn't contain the first chapter as that had been given away free in a magazine, I managed to track this magazine down and find a copy of my first chapter, but as I read it the text started to dissapear (like the photo's in Back to the Future), the more I read the more the text would change, till it all eventually faded from the page.
The annoying thing about this dream was that half the actuall text was actually there on the page and made sense; I am now convinved that this dream was my bastard subconcious doing it's best to wind me up again. Well Mr Subconcious we'll see who has the last laugh eh? I have power tools and I can get to you just as easilly as you can get to me...

Fascinating... No, really. I can quite imagine it. It's amazing how clear things appear in a dream sometimes, things that have always eluded you and suddenly are right there in front of you, and you can feel the working of your mind, you're actually thinking, consciously, while you're unconscious...

Anyway, I hope it all comes back to you.

I have to say, that is really interesting. I too want to become a published writer but every new idea I get I have to write it down quickly, and before I know it, I've abandoned one story and focused on another. It is getting me nowhere.
Anyways, I say lucky you for having that dream Your subconcious amuseds me..
