Okay, I'm browsing Wikipedia.com and on the "Selected Anniversaries" part of the page it says March 25 is Purim. Is it? Cause if so I think it'd be a remarkable coincidence that it's on the same day as Good Friday and I now have to drive two freaking hours to go to shul.

I thought it was tonight. Well, perhaps I misread another poster's thread. It's here on the board if you'd like to check - sorry, I failed to get the thread name before I posted this reply to you.

If it is tomorrow then yes, it's tonight, too (Jewish holidays start on Sundown of the previous day, so technically it's Purim right now)

I've checked on-line and tomorrow (Technically now as well) is Purim. Crap.

Good, at least you know. Guess you'll have a busy day.

Happy Purim.

LOL, it's today and tommorow. ;)

Judaism uses a Lunar Calender. It starts tonight, and ends at sundown, when shabbos starts.

Try and get a jewish calender from your local shul, i mean i don't know know when holidays are either...so i need a calender to remember.

My father also thought Purim was tommorow...luckily a party tonight reminded us otherwise. =p
