Jesussaves was Drunk Commies trolling as a joke. Drunk Commies got a forumban for trolling, and he violated it with a puppet called "Temporary nation" or something, and his nation was deleted. Now he is "Drunk commies reborn".

No. I know you can have two per email address, since I have an older version of Eutrusca which I used as an "experimental nation." I just don't know whether you need another email address to have more than two. I saw a note about that at some early stage but can't remember exactly what it said.
