Fedora Core 3 "oops"

One of the default screensavers for KDE on Fedora Core 3 has a feature you may want to disable. The "web collage" screensaver module (enabled by default) pulls images from the web and puts them up on your screen. It does this by searching for words at major search engines, and pulling images from the resulting pages. It's a neat concept, but someone at Redhat should have realized that about half of all images on the Web (if not more) are pornographic to some degree. One of my co-workers has come back from lunch more than once to discover frolicking, naked folks on his screen.

LOL!

But seriously, I'm not a big fan of Fedora Core. Knoppix is O.K., but , come to think of it, I don't like Linux in general. Linux is horrible for gaming, and I am a gamer.

Only if you don't care about getting sued :-Pand/or fired...

I had a cute anime screensaver... it was a anime girl walking across the screen... every now and then she'll either trip, be riding a moped, flying a hoverbike... things like that.

however, my manager saw one that I never saw... apparenty she would stop and a thought bubble would appear with her on all fours and her b/f pounding her from behind. it was only that i managed to convince him that I never knew about that (that and the fact that the menu options was in Japanese) that I kept my job. I re-installed it on my home pc and after running for about 5 mins... I saw it... aparently it rarely comes out, but when it does.... :D
