Allright, I'm fixing this to be better.

Mystical or Divine stuff dun't wurk. The Jedi's "Force" is worthless, and the Chaos Daemons can no longer reign destruction. This should leave tactics and technology, which is more easily comparable.

Well, it certainly couldn't be Dune. The war would have ended before their order to attack has passed the HUGE amount of pointless bureacracy.

That's why I voted for Star Trek. If the whole universe is borgified, they'll have an unbeatable tactical advantage.

I'm going to have to go with Dune. They may not have much techmnology, but the Guild, Bene Gesserit, and Tleilaxu have customized abilities that could give most others a pretty good beating. Also, the Sardaukar and Fremen could kill almost anyone in had to hand. With Kwisatz Haederach Paul leading the way, no contest. Plus, Heighliners can travel almost infinite distances without trouble.
