NEVER surrender, never give up, never say "die," and ...

Eutrusca

... take NO prisoners!

Pain is good. It tells you you're still alive.

When you've given all you have to give and it seems as if there's nothing left ... dig deep and find more!

Ignore the nay-sayers, they have no f***ing idea what they're talking about!

If someone doesn't like you, tell 'em to take a hike. You don't need the extra aggravation.

Most home run kings were also "strike-out kings." They just swung more often than the rest. If you have to go out, at least go out swinging!

Use your rebellious streak ... refuse to give out, give up or give in!

As we use to say in the Airborne: Pain is temporary but glory lasts forever, and women admire the scars!

They may win, but by God they'll know they've been in a fight! :D

Who was it that said:"if you are ready to die for your freedom, you will never be
captivated"? It's not a correct quote, but close...

So I agree:
Fight for what you believe to the end...

Stone walls do not a prison make,
Nor iron bars a cage;
Minds innocent and quiet take
That for an hermitage;
If I have freedom in my love,
And in my soul am free,
Angels alone that soar above
Enjoy such liberty.

The mind is all, my friend. Although we can't totally alter reality, we certainly can specify which parts of reality on which we choose to focus.

Think about it. It's true.

Me too, although only such pain as I cannot escape, and certainly none that I would intentionaly inflict on myself. I'm not really into pain, mine or anyone else's. :)

Within limits. Idon't think becoming a quadraplegic would make me stronger.

Eugène Mattelaer once wrote:
Never give up

If you can't fly, run
If you can't run, walk
If you can't walk, crawl

But never stop
Never stop, never diminish

If you can't laugh, smile
If you can't smile, be happy
If you can't be happy, be glad

But never give up
And always stride foward

It was a dutch poem and I translated a bit roughly but it catches the meaning well. Not the best of poems yet still appropiate.

It's not a "fury," it's just my "youthful exuberance" coming out. :D

Heck yeah - exactly how I choose and weed out friends; I surround myself with genuine people
