The correct geographical term is to say it's landlocked. But that depends whether you were looking for an adjective or a noun?

Examples of exclaves include Alaska and Kaliningrad.,

In those cases when the part of the state territory is not fully surrounded by the territory of another state because it has a sea border, it is named a semi-enclave.
EXCLAVE is an isolated part of a state that is surrounded by the territory of another state or states. It is simultaneously an enclave in relation to the country within which it is located.
