It sort of depends on whether or not you want to pay - and at that... if you do want to pay, the question becomes how much. The better programs are paid programs. Streamload and Fileburst are two good ones. If you only need it for a short time, I think Streamload has a 30 day demo. :)

I personally use Geocities (any similar free website building thing would do the same job, I'm sure). It's intended for building websites, but there's no reason why you just can't upload to it without making a website. It only allows 15mb, I think, but you can always create more than one account :)
Also, there's the Yahoo Briefcase, which I think is intended for uploading things so you (or those you allow access to) can get the stuff from any internet-connected computer. I'm not sure what the amount of space is, but again, you can always have more than one account.
Both free - you can pay on Geocities for extra space if you wish, though. Good luck! :)
