I heard a kid singing a song the other day about a Klondike Bar.
What is a Klondike bar? And, what would someone do for one?

A Klondike bar is an ice cream treat in the U.S. (possibly elsewhere, but I can only confirm their existence in my own country) that is essentially a block of ice cream covered in chocolate (or other coatings, in newer varieties)

They're about 3"x3"x1.5" (forgive me if I'm wrong, it's been a while since I've had one, and converting that into metric is up to the reader, if they need it)

The basic one is just vanilla ice cream with a milk chocolate shell... However, they've got all kinds of them now, like caramel coating, nuts in the chocoloate/caramel, chocolate ice cream, etc...

That jingle you heard the kid singing is from their TV commercials and such... The idea is that people will do almost anything to get one...

As for what I'd do? Not much... I can take them or leave them...lol

Great description of a Klondike bar!!

As for what I would do for a Klondike?
I like them, but not enough to go wild to get one.

So it's just a choc ice??? In that case there isn't much I'd do for a Klondike Bar.

In the UK we call them choc ices. And they suck.

They taste just like what they are. Ice cream wrapped in chocolate. I prefer a Choclate Brownie sundae. I have one almost every week. :D

The real question is Who would you do for a Klondike Bar?

I'd kill to make this stupid question go away.

(Sorry, that's not a reflection on anyone who posted, and especially the OP - as he (?) doesn't appear to know what he's asking - but just a general reaction to the stupidity of the ad.)
