I have a soft spot for baked breaded pork chops, and that soft spot is muh tummy.
between maple cured ham and bacon..yeaahh pig meat :D

Breaded pork chops and a pork roast smothered in sauerkraut. Oh. I forgot ham - my favorite.
ribs, good pork sausages, bacon...hmm...
It tastes best when it's in my stomach.

If you haven't had pulled pork with my BBQ sauce you haven't eaten pork.
marinated in Soy sauce... slow simmered.

oh, then shredded and steamed in bread (Manapuaa or Dim Sum)
roasted.... boiled... broiled...
damn.. I guess any way but raw for me.
in my recollection from my meat eating days... bacon or pork chops, but when you put them in cream of mushroom soup and set them out on a bed of rice.
I was never huge on ham, or smoked meat in general.
Bratwurst.
Bacon is a close second, though.
Subuta is superior!! All other dishes pale in comparison.
