Exercise plan while checking NS at the same time!

I found myself becoming lazier and lazier ever since I started going to www.nationstates.net. I would cook meals less and less, and just eat junk foods to hold me over. Also, I would stop staying late at school so that I could work out in the gym. I just kept finding myself rushing to get home, so I could log onto Nation States, and see if I got any new telegrams, or any new replies to my threads. My health was beginning to decline as well. All that laziness was certainly not helping me, so then I thought, "Is there any other way?"

Well there is!

Firstly, rather than eating chips and all those nasty things, bring down some fruit instead. They're quite tasty! Pour out a glass of OJ or Milk, or even water as well, instead of drinking soda.

Secondly, while waiting for a reply to your thread, waiting for a friend to get online or on IRC, or just plain waiting to see if anything interesting comes up, do a few sit-ups, push-ups, as well as some jumping jacks. It makes waiting for a reply all the more exciting!

Now this is what I looked like before I started exercising:

And after four weeks of eating healthier, and working out in between posts, this is what I look like now!

Wow! I feel so good now! I feel like I can run a marathon, and I suggest that others take my advice, and try the routine out. It works wonders!

Hey, that is cool. I do the same thing, too. You can do all kinds of exercises when your on the computer at the same time!

I've often thought that a treadmill-powered monitor would make a fine invention. Not the computer itself - a minor slip, ringing phone, or piss break could wreck the thing - but just the screen. Gotta keep up a pace of at least 2.8 mph (mild-to-brisk walking speed, you can't type while running), maybe have one of those wireless 'presentation' mice that you wave in the air to navigate pages.

I could get in 15 miles a day with my surfing habits.

That's actually quite a good idea. I'd definitely be able to do those 10k walks that I've always wanted to do. :)

I don't need your plan, for I lift weights and do general exercises when I'm not on NS! Nyah!
