What was it intended to be?
A joke. I deliberately picked the amendments that were either least consequential, least well-thought-out, least popular, or most obscure.

I mean, I left out free speech, the right to a jury trial, the slavery ban and suffrage and I included income tax, prohibition and state suits. I didn't even include the repeal of prohibition. :D

Ah, well. Sometimes jokes don't work.

I don't know that Ninja Zombie Dinosaur's favorite is, but I'm pretty partial to the 16th & 17th. (Honestly) :cool:

BTW, the 11th (state immunity) is litigated a lot. The 12th (electoral college) and 22nd (two-term limit on President) are pretty important. If you live in the District of Columbia, you probably should be happy about the 23rd ('cuz otherwise you can't vote for President). (I told you I was uber-uber-geeky.)
