North England has Ramsbottom, that is the only one I can think about at the moment.
No idea if it's Colorado or not, I got sent them in an e-mail and thought this was the best place to put 'em.

There's a place called Dog Village near me(ish), though I quite like 'Pity Me' in Durham.

There were some damn good ones in Texas that I heard about when I used to live there, unfortunately, I can't remember them.
