The answer is pretty much in the question, i.e. no!!!!!!! (to the first because of MAD, the 2nd because America never get involved unless the USA is actually attacked, or there is oil there :D )
Iran is a different matter though...

It was always a truth/lie until now. They have actually threatened to use them.

Nicaragua.
Liberia.
Sierra Leone.

That more or less covers the period 1945-1993 (ignoring deployments as part of the cold war).

They're using them now. They are using them to try to blackmail countries into funding their oppressive regime. When they have enough to deter any attack on themselves they will use them as a cash cow by selling weapons, plutonium, and technology to nations and non-state actors with nuclear ambitions. Ain't diplomacy grand?

Any proof?

I mean, did they provide any proof?

Or do they just say that they have them to blackmail others? Like the US for oil.

Or maybe they say that on order of Beijing, so that Beijing can "negotiate" with them and then sell to Washington the "success" of those negotiations in exchange for Taiwan.

Isn't it strange that Kim was summoned to Beijing and soon afterwards declared having nuclear weapons and China increasing the war threats to Taiwan? (well, that happened about two years ago)

I think if any country announces that they have nuclear weapons we should take it as an authentic threat. If we can attack middle eastern countries because our intelligence is based on thinking that someone else thought that someone thought that someone else thought that Saddam had weapons of mass destruction why haven't we jumped in on a country that ANNOUNCED they had them? Doesn't make sense to me.

Why not Russia? It does, after all, produce more oil.

Bush would be a fool to invade another country.
America does not have the forces at the moment to do so, period.

Possibly something to do with the fact that the legality and ethical justification for using the possession of WMDs as an excuse to invade another sovereign state were both highly questionable to say the least?

*********

France, the UK, Russia, China, Israel, Pakistan and India must all also be invaded!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm sure they could spare a half-platoon to invade Sealand.

Questionable is putting it lightly. I would have gone with the "bullshit" approach.

My biggest problem was the US invasion of Iraq. The fuse has been lit and all we can do is wait for the powder to blow. :(

Yeah, ignore any wrongs done by any country...other than the US.

FYI: Russia occupied Chechnya long before the US invaded Iraq
FYI: France occupied Cote d'Ivorie long before the US invaded Iraq

And how many UN resolutions did Chechnya violate? Cote d'Ivorie?
