North Korea gave up building its Nuclear Reactor in order to get food and oil from the US.
Now, Iran says it wants to give up the Nuclear Reactor, if it gets entry into the WTO.
On the other hand, is North Korea just acting on order of China with the treat of Nuclear Armament, so that China can trade the "success" of the negotiations with the Taiwan Relation Act of the US in order to take Taiwan without having to mess with the US?
