So, what is the best of what i have listed (and what i have not) i'm pretty partial to Unreal Tournament, but that's just me. poll coming soon.

There is the Quake series too which I havn't played at all, and the Starsiege: Tribes series, which isn't bad but never got much better after Starsiege: Tribes

they did come out with the counterstrike stand alone game, so i thought i would count it. darn, forgot tribes and quake...i knew i was forgetting some...well, that is why the other option is there :D

Medal of Honor. Especially the Spearhead expansion. I've been playing that game since it came out 3 years ago.

I like MOH too, played it for years, specifically the Spearhead expansion..
but now im playing UT2K4 (Unreal tournament 2004) and i absolutley love it... it never gets old. :sniper:

Doom (Although i can't comment on Doom 3, my PC's not good enough). I'm a massive Doom fanboy, as it was the first PC game i ever played. Call of Duty's way up there too, followed by half-life, although i've onyl played the original and expansions.

I've got a copy of Duke Nukem 3D sitting right here, and a copy of Duke Nukem 2000 lying around somewhere. I want a new one, damnit!

Personally I say Unreal. The rapidity of combat, and the sheer thrill, is unmatched. Half-Life series is good, and fun to play, but heavily overrated. CS is great fun as well, but too frustrating to ever get the vote.

Halo isn't a series on PC yet; only the original is out. (Unless we're talking about videogame series period, in which case Halo wins hands down.)
