Wow, that's pretty amazing. Most of your answers are reasons why I DISLIKED the 80's!
1) Terrible music (the Hall & Oats era)
2) Terrible TV (Silver Spoons, The Facts of Life, etc.)
3) Terrible fashion (Izod sweaters, penny loafers, etc.)
When the 80s ended, I was 7.
All I really remember is wearing neon, slap bracelts, teenage mutant ninja turtles, my little ponies, skipits, popples, running around the neighbourhood screaming "New Kids on the Block suck" hmm... what else. Oh, I remember side pony tails, spal bracelets, and sesame street actually being good.

Hey! I was born in the same year but it won't stop me from enjoying the decade although I love the 90's more.
I think Don Johnson was the best actor in that time! (Miami Vice's gonna start in 10 minutes!)

OK, for those of you wondering why the shows I liked during the 80's were Full House and family matters, it was because I was sheltered. VERY sheltered. My parents didn't let me watch anything. It was easier for me to listen to music that they didn't like than for me to watch TV shows they didn't like. In my defense, I hate those shows now :D

I loved the 80s. The best part of the 80s for me was that I was born. I loved the days-of-the-week underwear, especially when you wear them on the wrong day. Not to mention that I couldn't read yet when I wore them. They also had those lace capri pants little girls use to wear. Those were cool, too.
