? Why would they IP ban you? Unless you've broken way to many rules and they don't like you, you won't be IP baned.

Speaking of mourning, I created a junkyard region, the Elephant Graveyard. Its a place where you stick the nations you don't want and let them die in peace. Anyone want a nation of their to die in peace?
