I get the stabbed in the abdomen bit, but shitting blood I have absolutely no experience of. Have you perforated your bowel?

Tell your boyfriend to lube up next time. Might help with the "bleeding bowels".

No. But I did have a surgery for a hernia back in June. And the blood is from internal hemmoroids. At least that's what they said then. But then I didn't feel anything. Now its painful and I have to double over or sit down to ease it. Usually goes away but not today. Its been there since 11Am today and it is now 345pm.

I just came back from the doctor. He stuck me on a regimen for the next two weeks and I have a follow up in two weeks. I think I should have asked for pain killers or something.

Dude, you should really go to the hospital. Blood from any orephice for extended periods of time is definitely not good.

Well the blood I've been shitting out for a couple of years but I never felt any pain until today. And it is so severe that I can hardly think. I will be going back on Monday morning if it is still there though.

Get yourself to a doctor ASAP, you may have a bleeding ulcer in your colon. Trust me...this gets worse. It starts as abdominal pain, cramping, and bloody stools, and if you keep bleeding out you could become anemic. If you start getting severe headaches, dizzyness, or feel as though you can't move without feeling pain, get someone to drive you to the ER.

If it's Chrons or Colitis you need to get it diagnosed fast.

Oh, and Red Sox Fanatics: F*** OFF! You don't get S***!

Get to the hospital immediately. You could be suffering from internal bleeding.

then again, you could just have a cut or a scratch on your anal wall (or whatever it's called)... but you want to be certain.

I can't go to the hospital yet. Cause in the army they have a set procedure that you have to follow strictly.
First step is to go local troop health clinic which is what I did.
Second step is to follow their instructions and see if it relieves the problem.
Third step: If step two don't work, you go to the base hospital to see a specialist in whatever area of the body is bothering you.
They lectured me for not going in on Monday when I had it. Course the pain was not as severe then, so I just ignored it.

Pain is weakness leaving the body....
No seriously, that has got to hurt. Feel better.

To be honest, if this is what I think it is, you shouldn't even BE in the military right now.

Well, get used to it. During the hour it takes you to take over France, they will kick your bollocks repeatedly. You soon get used to the taste of blood..no?

How in the hell are you in the army with blood dribbling from your ass?

Jesus H. Christ, standards have really gone down.

(Unless it's what that 'bolol character thinks, in which case you shouldn't be broadcasting it).

If you have blood dribbling from your ass you are probably not fit for duty. Ever.

So you are basically saying we should kick everyone over 26 out of the military.

No, only those whose butt dribbles blood.

It's an elite force, purportedly.

I don't know which part of the world you are in, but in the first world, men over 26 get this thing called internal hemmorroids. Its caused by eating too much fast food and drinking sodas instead fruits and vegetables and plain water.

Lived most of my life in the US boy. And I don't have your 'internal hemmorriods' problem, and I am a damn site older than 26.

If that really is your problem, use some fucking discipline. Eat some fruit. Go running. I don't know. In any event, you are unfit to soldier, due to the shit state of your bowels.

Erm...sorry.

If it is an internal bleed within your intestinal tract, (which it sounds like from the symptoms you are discribing) then you really shouldn't be in the military right now, as physical and mental stress can only make this thing worse.
