Well I’m listening to the prog rock, musical version right now, and i just remembered the new trailer, what a travesty honestly they should make a war of the worlds movie that actually stays true to the bloody book, i mean los angles what the hell, the entire point is its 19th centaury weaponry against lasers that what makes it so cool, not to mention its set in Victorian London.
Hang on i think i need to go cough up blood im so angry.

It wouldn't be so bad, if it wasn't for the fact that Hollywood already committed that attrocity in 1953, and it really doesn't need to be done again. Maybe this time, they'll at least have the decency to make the martians accurate, even if they insist on shitting upon the setting and themes of the original novel.

What is it that makes them think they have better ideas than the authors of the books they fuck over?
Why don't they write something original if they want to make it up. If they want to make a film of a book, make it like the bloody book!

I sujest a boycott, and then a petition for a british studio to take it up.
