since so many of you confessed to nail biting as a habit and some evn sugessted we form a group, i decided to make a place for us to hang out :D
and free ail clippers/files for everyone !!
do you think if i just pulled them all out id be cured by the time they grew back?

I bit my nails for about 30 years, then I went to work in a hospital.
I quit cold turkey.
The idea of some things getting in your mouth is more powerful than old habits. All it took was working in the pathology deptartment just once...

Sorry Cameron, the "Lost" part of my name refers to a spiritual and moral loss of direction, not a physical misplacement.
Anyways, I'm pretty sure I have my drivers license number inscribed on me somewhere's for identification purposes in such an instance...

I almost wish I hadn't started that thread on bad habits. The more people mention their bad habits, the more I realise I have them too...It's been a trip of negative self-discovery :D. Including the one above; in fact, I bite my toe nails more than I bite my finger nails. How utterly vile lol.
