Back in NZ, I used to have a standing order with a Swiss-born and trained Chocolateur (Fellmann) who'd send me a kg of handmade praline and truffles every couple of months. It was heaven.
Here, there's lots of chocolate shops that sell handmade Belgian chocolates but they 5 times dearer than Fellmanns, so it's only occassionally. Unless there's a sale on Ferror Roche at the supermarket, which is fairly frequent thankfully.
As one of my new year's resolutions I vowed to go off chocolate for a month, but that only lasted 18 hours - mainly because I had also broken my other resolution of not drinking so much I'd be sick the next day.
