Nipple piercings terrify me. Any other piercings, no matter how strange, are fine. Nipple piercings just creep me out :s

I have to say that I'm not a big fan of piercings of any kind, nor the idea of their... erm... installation. I don't think they're attractive, but rather, I find them to have the opposite effect. But people will do what people will want to do, and I'm not going to try and stop them.

I don't understand the concept of poking metal (or any other substance that doesn't belong to the body) through your bodyparts... I simply don't get the purpose of it. It's weird...

yes well. let us not forget.. its the same right thats gives people to be.. what one may consider sick. and others amusing. that give s ME the right of some freedom over MY body, that is the only thing with wich I am born with.

If it's the former I'm more than hapy to be with you. I have my ears pierced...but piercings elsewhere rather scare me. I admit some of them look good (my friend has a belly piercing that looks rather pretty) but the idea of shoving metal in places like that...*shivers* It is so not for me.

But if it's an actual ban your after (and I've found I can't really tell with this place), exactly what planet are you on?

A buddy of mine got his nipples pierced... Then they got so infected and swollen that the hoops stuck straigh out.

You could see them right through his shirt, so naturally every time I saw him I burst out laughing. They looked really painful and really really ridiculous... Eventually he took them out.

It seems to me most people don't have a lot of knowledge about piercings.
First off, actual clit piercings are very rare. Usually people get a clitoral hood piercing. For all those male virgins out there, and those who never bothered to look, there is a small thin fleshy covering over the clitoris (which may explain why some people have trouble finding it. :p) That's the clitoral hood. That is what most get pierced, and supposedly, it doesn't hurt that much.
Male genital piercings are not supposed to hurt that much either, and are quite safe, due to the elasticity of the tissue. The things I'd like to know about it though are, when flacid, is more of the piercing exposed? Also, these piercings go through the ureter, which is good, because it cleans them (urine is sterile). But... if you removed them, and then pee'd, would it come out all your holes?

Aside from that, let me say, I think piercings are hot. Wherever they are, unless it is somewhere weird like an elbow or knee, they are hot - on both males and females. Let's have a counter-resolution - COMPULSORY PIERCING! :eek:

I'm actually too wimpy to get anything other than ear piercings, and I don't get those because they'd look horrible on me. But I do like the way piercings look on other people.

She caught herself from falling all the way down, but along the way her piercing caught briefly and ripped out.

Well I dated her months after it happened. When I was with her, her clitoris was just a weird little flap of skin. She had absolutely no feeling in it whatsoever, though. So sex was a different experience.
