Nah ... I don't convert. We're not allowed to. We show the merits of our faith by our living example and answer questions intelligently and with authority.

Some advice for the original poster, though:

If you're truly searching for a religion, then look for something that:

1. Allows you the freedom to express yourself both artisticly and intellectually.
2. Allows you to question everything.
3. Doesn't need to denegrate other faiths in order to prove itself.
4. Allows you to be what you are, an imperfect human, and doesn't strive to impose upon you unobtainable lofty goals or swamp you with unexplainable mysteries.

No need to convert, Free Thinking is the way to be. Religion is mind poison. Has anyone ever been able to explain how billions of people can hold wildly divergent beliefs about God(s) that are so incongruous that they'd cause the universe to explode if they were simultaneously true, yet they all firmly hold that their way is the one true way to believe? They can't all be right, but they CAN all be wrong. I beleive in me. And not much else.

But, like Keru said, find something that allows you the freedom to be a person, and doesn't demand you be like a God.

Make a new post, link to this thread, and ask for its deletion. :)
