Does it (mother's day) appear at different times of the year for different cultures/countries?

How can you maintain a good image if you're known to fluffle a lot with an old lady? Or, maybe it's cool???

All across the world, over 46 countries honor mothers with a special day, but not all nations celebrate on the same day.

Pfew, close on. DON'T SCARE ME LIKE THAT.

I don't get the grandmummie part. Isn't that for the mother to say? And why not great grandmummies???

Nothing to be sorry about. I will gladly accept the love and adulation as many times as it is offered. I love being a Mom, and I especially love being a grandma. I am trying to be patient waiting for the great grandbabies that I can hold and spoil rotten.

Great grandmas are part of it too...it all has to do with your maternal heritage. As I am only 10 years older than my oldest son (adopted) and his oldest is almost 18, I could be a great grandmother within a very few years. With 9 grandkids, ages 17-12, I can figure on about 20 great grandkids by the time I am 70. If I watch my diet and my health, I have the real possibility of being alive to enjoy 40-50 great-great-grandchildren. :D
