No not really, my grandparents are Jewish, but it got your attention didn't it?
For those of you who know, I am a low level manager at a marketing firm. However since I'm gunning for promotion I just about jizzed over the opportunity to weasel a free working holiday paid for my company. Especially since it means heading up our campaigns in new markets.
As a result, I won't be on NationStates for awhile. I'll miss you crazy lot.
Where else can you find such a broad range of conservatives, liberals, socialists and fence-sitting centrists at each other's necks, but at the same time enjoying the near-absolute freedom of speech that we are all entitled too and having a bit of fun.
As I leave you all for now I have just one peice of food-for-though, when I was a poor-ass student I advocated socialism, now that I'm making over $1000 p/w I think capitalism is a hoot. Is this how our parents lost touch with the idealism of the 60s?
