i wouldn't do the secret voting thing, you'll get accused of cheating

The telegram thing would be a good idea. The poll can be difficult to do, and takes up a lot of time since you only can put 10 options. Tink is actually right people might accuse you of cheating. To make it go faster, you could do a poll for each different award. :)
