The US has been after him for the last one on that list (the UN thing, not the nice person thing). There are some associated tax issues and I think he's been travelling without a passport for a few decades. I'm not saying he should go to jail for the first few entries. Consider it a little personality sketch.

Let me get this straight. The UN has sanctions vs Yugoslavia that restricts people from playing chess?? WTF?? This explains why the UN couldn't get Syria to remove it's troops for nearly 30 years!!
