So, what's your opinion on PBS (as far as their news, science, and educational programs)? Is it factual? Is it left-winged? Is it right-winged? Is is moderate? Do share your throughts!

We get a little here in Australia and I find many quality shows are produced by PBS. They would seem moderate to me, very unbiased.

Yeah, I've seen a couple of PBS documentaries screened on SBS and they were very good, quite factual and unbiased. But then I'm not speaking from a wealth of experience.

Every media outlet that has the word "public" in it has a liberal bias. This includes PBS (Public Broadcasting System, I'm not positive about the S though) and NPR (National Public Radio).

Hmm, NPR seemed biased to me, but not PBS, but then again most of the stuff I've watched on PBS was Nova and other science programs.
