This led me to wondering what could be the most difficult job to do according to instructions received.

It could be something like
"Health workers advised to avoid people bearing diseases"

They can be true or made up. Any suggestions?

I once had a job, in which we were told at a meeting that too many mistakes were happening because people were rushing to make their targets, but in the same meeting we were told that targets would have to be raised because people weren't working hard enough and productivity wasn't high enough. We all came out of the meeting unsure of whether we'd been told to work faster or slower.

Morons run the world, what do you exspect. Anyway you should send those into Scott Adams (Author of Dilbert comic strip). They might get into his newsletter.

I read a story recently about a company hiring a man to find security flaws in their network, then terminating his contract and trying to take legal action due to a company rule that anyone who finds a security flaw has obviously been doing something malicious and should be fired and sued.
I don't know if it's true or not, it sounds a bit hokey to me, but it's funny either way.
