If the government keeps borrowing from the socialist security accounts, then yes.
I'm happy Bush started the initiative to privatize the system, but I still don't like how the gov't is still responsible for giving you back the money in the account - one should assume 100% personal responsibility for it.

I was at the bar the other night and the Social Security System bought me five rounds of Goldschlager. Nobody can do things like that and stay afloat, most of all him. He's got it coming. He's gonna go bankrupt, and who seriously drives an IROQ these days?

If it goes bankrupt, that will happen at the same time that the federal government goes bankrupt. So will the federal government go bankrupt? At the rate it's borrowing and spending, yes.
