Any advice on getting a worrysome situation out into the blogosphere?

Just got an e-mail from mom. There's a situation that she wants "start to get out to the influential bloggers". It regards Bill Richardson and accusations of anti-anglo racism at UNMH. I've already suggested she post it to: http://www.freerepublic.com/. I also suggested starting her own blog.

Any other suggestions?

I wish. I've puzzled over this thing before, and it seems the best way to get things out is by having your own previously set-up blog or website and already have a group of people who show up semi-regularly, or to post it onto some of the open access stuff. Short of contacting owners of popular blogs/websites, I don't know what else could be done.
