Linky no worky in Firefox.
Anyway, he slaps him for no apparent reason, other than standing in front of the camera. Nothing he says makes you think he's going to hit him.

The guy he slaps looks like a junkie. The sound is realy bad. At least for me. So I can't understand half of it.
