I suppose it's just one of those, "Might as well" kind of things. I mean, I might as well be able to frolic happily around with someone cool.

I'm playing the Keytar for this show, but I usally play Piano. I can also play Bass, Guitar, Violin(But Crappily), Clarinet, and the Cowbell. Oh yea, and I go to school on Saturday.

Yea, you have to plug it in to another keyboard, then plug that in to an amp if you want any major sound out of it. Played like a Piano, but you hold it like a guitar. Kind of hurts the arm, but allows for a lot of movement on stage.

Bear in mind that I haven't played a Violin in about six months. Still, it's a cool instrument!

Really good for the first three quarters, then some punk rockers came and screwed everything up. Then we played Purple Haze, and everything got better. Everyone loved the Keytar too.

How was your day?

Purple Haze! my physics prof played that for outr class with his string quartet- he was on the cello, and there were 2 violins and a viola. It was awesome.

my day was hum-drum...studied a bit, read a bit, and got a new book.

That's cool.

what kind of RPs do you do? ....I've looked at a few of the II threads but they all look terribly intimidating. I'm not really sure I get how it works, exactly. care to enlighten me?

Well, basiclly there are two types of RPs:Character and War. War RP's are self explanitory:Wage war on another player. Just remember not to Godmod!

Now, on to Character Rps-My specialty. You take control of any type of Character-Human, Android, Or 'Other,'-Whatever you want-and play around with him or her. Just have fun. Make up an ultra-awsome character, an insane character, or sometimes just a plain bizzare character and take them on all sorts of crazy adventures.

I prefer exciting storylines that have many plot twists but eventually has a resolution and a final goal.

How about we start our own RP? You can choose what it's about if you want.

oooh, that sounds interesting. I need to read the stickies and look at some examples first though, so not right this moment.

What I wonder is, how can you go to war, or do anything, for that matter with other people when you and them can simply invent infinity advantages, abilities, random twists of fate, etc. In D&D you've got dice, here, its all up to you.

That's why I don't do War RP's. People just come up with random advantages after random advantages to help them gain an edge. Any good character RP has it's characters Abilities set at it's beginning and that's how you go through the story-with what you've got.

I suppose that if what you post is accepted by the other writers involved in the RP, anything is Fair Game. Just try not to get too ridiculous.
