Kim Il Jong, the “Dear Leader” of North Korea, told a group of reporters at a statue unveiling in his honour, “I also want to take this opportunity to congratulate the Prime Minister of Iceland for demostrating what true leadership is. A true leader will demonstrate that he can make decisions
by himself. A true leader also knows what is best for his country - in fact, he knows the people better than they know themselves, as my father used to say.”

Why did he say this? What specifically did the PM of Iceland do to provoke such a response?

The leader of north Korea also thinks that having long hair makes you stupid, apparantly it draws energy away from the brain! So I don't think he is the best man to listen too.

I love the Big Headline!

ICELAND SUPPORTS WAR IN IRAQ

Besides, the article didn't say why he was being congratulated. Just for being a good leader.
