It's been said that we all make our own Hell. So the question is: what would hell be like for you?

I'm thinking being locked in a room with Britney Spears being played constantly. Every 500 times it is played, it is played backwards for the next 500.

I've been in that diner. Only when I was there it was Avril Levigne on infinite repeat.

My hell would be what it is now. With ignorant people all around me. Thier ignorance is thrown upon me and eye suffer for it. My difference makes me a target for them. This place we live is damn hell. So up yours world :upyours:

Hell for me couldn't possibly be one thing repeated over and over again for eternity. I'd get used to it. In my hell, they'd have to keep on making up new humiliating torture methods in order to keep me utterly unhappy.

Being in a world filled with white supremists, and just me to gainsay them...needless to say, it'd be a short stay before I was passed on to the next dead realm...

OR....being diagnosed as mentally ill, even if I wasn't, drugged to the gills until I WENT crazy...and kept in an institution for life...

I used to fear that as a child...

Being in partial oblivion. Having no corporeal existence of my own, but being able to witness everyone elses. No way to feel, see, hear, taste, or smell, but knowing that everyone else still alive has that capacity... a semi-sight as it were. Not real vision, but still being able to see everyone living. Not hearing, but knowing that they are.

When I'm feeling at my lowest, that's what I feel, so yeah, that's my own personal hell.

There is internet access... but all the modems are 300bps and the only thing you're allowed to visit are forums filled with the likes of <decides not to mention names since that would be a Bad Thing>.

Tantalus' punishment in the afterlife sounds pretty terrible to me.

Tantalus, a Greek myth, is where we get the word "tantalize." In the underworld, he stands neck-deep in water, and incredibly thirsty. When he goes down to drink, the water dissapears, and he's suddenly incredibly hungry. Then he notices that just above him is an apple bobbing on a tree branch. When he reaches upwards to get the apple, it bobs just out of reach. Then the water rushes back up to his neck, and he's thirsty again.

Being trapped naked in a small box lined with sand paper, then the door opens up and there's a bright light. Next thing you know you're in a smaller box lined with small shards of glass. By small box I mean 3ft"3ft"3ft". <shivers>

PS: Just thought this could be a little fun! :DMy Childhood over and over again. It was the most miserable time of my life and I got bullied every day for being Dyslexic. I was called 'thick' every single day and hardly had any loyal friends.

That actually happened to me once, some idiot left a jar of the stuff in the bathroom after painting and it spilled on me and.......Ow.On the bright side, no permanent damage :D
