"Eutrusca" is a variant of "Etrusca," which was the name of a pre-Roman culture in what is now Tuscany. :)

If you want to get technical, the people were referred to as Etruscans, but the land itself is typically referred to as Etruria. However, I was smart enough to realize the allusion.
