I decided to make my 10,000th post memorable and worthy. I give to you this advice:

-Never give up on your dreams.

-Respect your parents, you will miss them when they are gone. (Unless they beat you, in which case hate them.)

-Do not fear death, for it is a natural part of life. Embrace it. Respect it. Honor it.

-Suicide is the cowards way out. Don't give up on this 50-100 years of existance you have been granted.

-Stand up for what you believe in, no matter what it is. you will find support in those who agree with you.

-Do not tolerate those who seek to destroy you mentally. Deal with them sensibly.

These are the key things I have followed in living my life. It has kept me from giving up on life. I shall never quit, and I shall always prosper. Thank you for reading my 10,000th post.

It's not just about how many posts you have but it's also about how insignificant they are in subject matter. You don't rank in spam because you make "points". Some of the post counts for non-NS Jolt posters are truly frightening. There's one guy with 110,000+ posts. I can't possibly imagine having that much free time.

See, the key is to spend non-free time on the computer, like myself. Time that you should be spending doing classwork, or even going to class. That's the key to way too many posts.

Well, I've only caught brief glimpses, but one that stuck out to me was "increase your post count" where people just posted "+1" over and over and over again. There were also threads like "get this thread to 1 million posts" where everyone just posted the number post of the thread. Frightening stuff. Truly spam, like nothing anyone in this forum has ever approached.

Well, it's because all the little voices are clamoring now, instead of using the official Brain Spokesperson.

So occasionally a smaller faction gets through and hijacks my fingers. I have to type it in small because it's not official Brain Spokesperson talk.

And I can't type them together because then my posts would be as incoherent as my thoughts, and so, again, the official Brain Spokesperson's opinions get preference.

Interestingly enough, my Lazy voice is Angry voice's trusted advisor and friend. So I usually end up doing nothing and being angry at things from afar, an activity (or is it a non-activity?) that NationStates greatly facilitates.

Interestingly enough, my Lazy voice is Angry voice's trusted advisor and friend. So I usually end up doing nothing and being angry at things from afar, an activity (or is it a non-activity?) that NationStates greatly facilitates.

My voices never agree on anything. Even Official Spokesperson has started speaking soley for itself and ignoring dissent. I might have to have him/her replaced.

I'd say Caffeine Lust and Normal Lust are two of the loudest, CL working with Impending Migraine Fear, and NL causing great confusion. Although Lazy, Angry and Sleepy tend to get a good few words in too. Creative Inspiration occasionally screams at the top of her lungs at me - usually when I have no access to whatever she thinks I needs... highly, highly annoying that is.

Well, Angry voice likes to maintain the facade of democracy, like any good dictator, but Angry voice really doesn't listen to the other voices unless they happen to agree with him (Angry voice is a him). The only voice who's opinion he really considers is Lazy voice, and Angry voice has been known to give up being Angry in favor of being Lazy, although such occurances are rare.

When the Red Sox won the World Series, Happy voice briefly united all the other voices and "overthrew" Angry voice, although Angry voice had been on vacation since the Red Sox had won Game 4 of the ALCS. When Angry voice got back from vacation, Happy voice and all his followers were passed out drunk and Angry voice had no problem reestablishing control.

My Happy Voice is Caffeine Lust's bitch. No caffeine = no happiness for me.

I'm trying to encourage Normal Lust and Sugar Lust to stage some sort of rescue, but Lazy voice keeps enlisting Paranoia to interfer with my connection to NL and SL.

I really only know how to spell apostrophe because I used to horribly mispronounce it as it is spelled. Appo-stroffie or so. I actually still think that pronounciation in my head when I see the word. It takes great caution to pronounce it correctly.
