I was wondering, Since my nation is new, If someone would mind explaining the rules of war, trade, etc., or point me in the direction of a page explaining it. Thank you.
You want to go to the Nationstates, International Incidents, or the Gameplay forums for that kind of information. It should be on the stickies.
Although I find it best to just learn as you go. But to each his own I guess...whatever.

i am willing to lend you an armada of superduper everything proof giant galactic battlecruisers that shoot bears that are on fire and pirates and dinosaur if you need them though. everyone needs them for role playing and i have tons extra.
