I'll tell my thoughts about a good government:

I think equal education to all people is the base. That way,your nation would have cultured and wise people,and that way,your citizens would know how to solve problems better,and would tend to avoid the wrong or bad paths,decreasing the problems within a society.

Besides,people wouldn't let themselves be brain-washed by stupidities and superstitions by the powerfuls...They'd know what is shit and what not. This would create an evolved society.

This way,wise people would rule,and that would be the best,for they wouldn't be unjust to people,because they'd have a humane and ethical conscience,hence,a just government towards every person...


These are the patterns my nation first follows and considers the main ones for a good country...A good society. Then all the rest is less problematic...

Although this is probably in the wrong forum (for future reference, it should be in General) you raise some good points. While it would not work 100% (there will always be some crazies in any society), it is a good idea for society.

With good education for everyone, people will be more aware of what their rights should be, and hence decrease the possibility of those rights being taken away. The political parties which would do that would not be voted in. Of course, it would not help in a coup, but it would still help to maintain everyone's rights.
