The film is clearly an allegory on fascism, although I have heard that some take it even further and claim that it concerns thatcherism. I thought that was a tad too far, thoughts?

I've never seen the film in its entirity, but I will say - nice score. The fact that Michael Nyman toured with CRASS endears him to me all the more.

I thought you might. The fact that the only other band I know you appreciate off the top of my head - The Melvins - lead me to this conclusion, which seems pretty odd when I come to write it, but you probably know what I mean.
