The comment about the difference between a SWAT team and oil traders is a classic. Hey bud, SWAT teams are policemen - policemen have rules. Oil traders are free to kick ass.

What a brilliant idea to go into the lions den expecting little resistance. They need to get people who actually have the ability for strategic thought if they expect to succeed any time soon.

Apparently, some of their own people (Greenpeace) think it was a really stupid thing to do.

Apparently, no one realized that the place they walked into was a futures market. Even if you shut down the whole place for a day, you wouldn't stop the flow of oil traded in the world.

And to have your ass handed to you by yuppie traders on top of that - it's got to be really humiliating.

As far as the article goes , they chose to illegaly protest and trespass they also chose the consequences that came with it
