That's it really, although this only really holds true with my immediate family. Non of my other relatives live in Britain. (Edit. My mistake, an uncle and an aunt also live in the country, but in London).
In terms of self identity:
1. A Catholic (the strange thing is, I'm an agnostic/atheist)
2. A Mancunian.
3. An anarchist.
These are under self-identity because neither of these guarentee automatic anything.
