but what kind of cheese. For, as we all know, the cheese is a hierarchy of being. Cheddar of course is at the bottom. O! That common whore of a dairy product! Used by all and never demands payment! The top is the feta chees. Only one purpose and what a noble one! to make the salad better. Always demands high expectations in greens and quality carrots, olives, and assorted veggies. Yes, that feta has high demands. It is a true cheese artistocrat.
